At Dreamlash UK, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy below.

1. Hygiene & Safety

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you review your order carefully before opening or using products.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Info@dreamlashuk.co.uk with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once products have been opened. If the item is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund once the item has been returned to us in resalable condition. Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Sale Items & Bundles

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, promotional bundles, or discounted sets are non-refundable unless faulty.

  2. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
